Water Life Adventure, LLC – Company Policy Statement

Welcome to Water Life Adventure, LLC. As a family-owned business operating on beautiful Lake Conroe, our mission is to provide safe, fun, and memorable boating experiences for all guests. The following policy statement outlines the terms and expectations that ensure each rental meets our safety, operational, and service standards.

1. Rental Eligibility & Requirements

  • All rentals require a licensed captain assigned by Water Life Adventure. No renter or guest may operate the vessel at any time.

  • The boat accommodates up to 12 guests, not including the captain and assistant.

  • All participants must sign a liability waiver before boarding. Minors under the age of 16 must be listed under the responsibility of a parent or legal guardian.

  • All guests must be physically able and not under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of boarding.

2. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings and payments must be completed through our official online booking system. This ensures availability is accurate and up-to-date.

  • Water Life Adventure reserves the right to update pricing at any time based on market conditions. All current rates will be reflected in the online system at the time of booking.

  • Rentals are available Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, weather permitting.

  • All packages include a licensed captain. Captain fees are included in the total package price shown during booking.

  • Full payment is required at the time of reservation. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled rental are eligible for a full refund, minus processing fees (if applicable).

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable unless covered by Rainy Day Insurance.

  • No-shows or late arrivals (beyond 30 minutes without contact) are considered cancellations and will not be refunded.

4. Inclement Weather Policy

  • Water conditions and weather on Lake Conroe can be unpredictable. The safety of our guests and crew is our top priority.

  • If weather conditions are deemed unsafe (e.g., lightning, heavy rain, strong winds, or dangerous lake conditions), Water Life Adventure reserves the right to delay, reschedule, shorten, or cancel the rental.

  • Weather determinations will be made at the sole discretion of the captain and Water Life Adventure staff based on safety and current forecasts.

  • If a trip is canceled by Water Life Adventure due to unsafe weather prior to departure, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund only if Rainy Day Insurance was purchased.

  • Without Rainy Day Insurance, rescheduling may be offered based on availability, but refunds are not guaranteed.

  • If a rental is already underway and must be cut short due to weather, partial credits or prorated rescheduling options may be considered at our discretion, but are not guaranteed.

We do not cancel or refund for light rain, overcast skies, or mild wind.

5. Rainy Day Insurance (Optional Add-On)

  • We offer an optional Rainy Day Insurance add-on to protect your rental from poor weather.

  • This includes:

  • Complimentary rescheduling if heavy rain, lightning, or unsafe water conditions occur before your rental begins

  • Priority rebooking access for future dates

  • Peace of mind knowing your booking is protected

Important:

  • The Rainy Day Insurance is a $99 flat fee.

  • If Water Life Adventure cancels your trip due to unsafe weather and you’ve purchased Rainy Day Insurance, you will receive a full refund of your rental fee, or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

  • The $99 Rainy Day Insurance fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, as the service is fulfilled by providing protection and rescheduling access.

  • Without Rainy Day Insurance, weather-related rescheduling or refunds are not guaranteed and will be subject to staff discretion and availability.

7. Damage, Liability, and Responsibility

  • Renters are responsible for the actions of all guests on board.

  • Any damage to the vessel, equipment, or property caused by negligence or violation of safety policies may result in additional charges.

  • Water Life Adventure, LLC is not liable for personal injuries, lost items, arrests, or any legal consequences stemming from guest behavior or failure to follow laws.

8. Parking & Personal Belongings

  • Recommended parking is along the east side of Waterpoint Marina, close to the road near Pizza Hut and Monty’s Lighthouse.

  • The boat will be docked for departure at the public docking slips at Waterpoint Marina.

  • A visual guide for parking will be included in the confirmation email.

  • Alternate parking options may be provided by your captain approximately one hour prior to departure.

  • Water Life Adventure is not responsible for the safety of your vehicle or belongings. Please lock your vehicle and hide all valuables before departure.

9. Media Consent (Optional)

We may take photos or videos during your trip to use in future marketing materials. Guests may opt in or out of this during waiver completion.

10. Policy Acceptance

By booking with Water Life Adventure, LLC, all renters and guests acknowledge and agree to comply with these policies. Failure to follow any of the above may result in immediate termination of the rental, removal from the vessel, and forfeiture of all payments.
